Talking About Spiritual Gifts Within My Family...

In this post, I talk about the Spiritual abilities I have picked up on in my family & family history, and how they could have potentially have been inherited by me.

When I think of my family history in a Spiritual sense, I believe that a lot of their beliefs have dismissed as being "old wives tales" and "nonsense" over the years. Maybe to give themselves a low profile and easier life or maybe as I mentioned in previous posts, to dampen their Spiritual Awakening.

My dad openly admits he see's Spirits and that seems to always have been the case. So, technically, this would make him at least a psychic but, he doesn't and won't discuss anything further about what he see's (as such) so that's difficult for me to conclude.

I find that the reason my dad perhaps doesn't acknowledge what he sees is because he "knows" its frowned upon.

My mum also told me, my dad has a great sense of recognising when something bad is going to happen especially, if that's a death.

Mum said it could be completely random, someone who he hasn't been in frequent or recent contact with and then suddenly one day, he'll say something in a certain way that you don't initially realise on or, he'll call randomly to enquire about that person then, later once an incident has happened. You look back and realise it seemed slightly strange to talk that way or to say those things at that time previously.

Without my dad being more open, I can't explore this fully. However, I can see how that could be Clairsentience. This tells me that I could get my Clairsentinence from, or strengthened by my dad. As well as, general access to the Spiritual Realm. I could probably say here that my dad is religious, he follows Christianity. I have never been bought up religious or even attended a Church outside of weddings and funerals.

In my opinion, from looking at the Sacred Geometry we explored in previous posts. Religion took Spirituality and used it to divide people and harness fear. By turning the "bad" into the "Devil" and the "Good" into Jesus. As I mentioned before in my post about my Sleep Hypnosis, fear is the one way to stop people doing what you don't want them too, which I believe is Awakening.

Elements of true Spiritual are the basic foundations for the Bible and all other religious texts, however, originated from non-practising sources excluding; mythology.

Ancient Egypt used geometry in 3100 B.C (before Christ), whereas Christianity was introduced in 1 AD (after Christ), where we saw the use of the Vesica Piscis (as mentioned in the Spiritual Mathematics post).

Another example;

My Great-Grand-Aunt (basically, my grandmother's aunty on my mum's side), had a strong belief in Fairy's. All the family line on that side were said to have dark hair and features, which gave them a "witchy vibe".

Now, I'm not claiming they were witches but, my grandmother's aunty and her sister both tell me the same story, especially when growing up and old photographs reflect this.

Moreover, they would share stories about the Fairies at the bottom of the garden, which they saw whilst reading and in their younger years and as any child would, I loved to hear the stories.

It is important for me to say though, the stories weren't always about about the good fairies at the bottom of the garden.

Of course, to an innocent child, Earth was a world of no limits, magic and anything being possible. From having this initial seed planted in my mind about fairies existing, I couldn't help but let it grow.

Today, I'm a little unsure whether I believe in Fairies as I've not had enough experiences. However, I am more on the side of them existing than them not.

I often wonder;

What powers my family line could harness within themselves that they've perhaps overlooked or shutout due to trouble it could cause if they admitted or even embraced them?

My immediate aunty has claimed to have had Spiritual encounters and so has my grandmother (though the one example she gave sounded more like sleep paralysis, but it's incredibly hard to get my family to talk about this stuff).

My mum, I believe is also, a great Empath, who believes in Angel's and the Soul, yet doesn't express this often.

As I mentioned previously in posts before, I believe that the Paranormal (in this sense), have to be thought into existence and you need to have the willingness to want to have that experience for it to be possible. I know my aunty, mum and grandmother have all had people pass away who they would be more than happy to have a Spiritual Encounter with, which is why they might be more receptive to this these kind of encounters, as their Spiritual Door is open.

The very friend who enlightened me about the Sleep hypnosis to connect with my Higher Self, was the same friend who told me about the Spiritual "door" and how you can either open or close it.

I believe, perhaps for people like my dad (who was born naturally into having those experiences and encounter's), don'tt realise that there was a choice.

A choice to close that Spiritual Door.

Because if these abilities were not spoken of before, how was he meant to know how to deal with them as a child?

I learned, he was very scared throughout his childhood because of this experience. It is no surprise that for children of a young age, it may seem like the norm and that there is no other way to experience life if this is all they know.

I believe this is why, if there is a possibility of these abilities being inherited that a conversation must occur.

Maybe, not during immediate stages of childhood, let the child's mind work as it naturally would. But, if behaviours or feelings continue into mid-late teen years, make the decision on whether to approach them (the child) or wait for them to approach you.

The aim is to remove fear surrounding these topics and to give or show the child how to harness the power to control and work with the abilities they have. Not to be scared of being considered "not normal", "a freak" or "unable to turn off"

Being able to connect with your Higher Self and different realms is a blessing not a curse, it means you were put here with a mission of achieving something much greater. You shouldn't be scared of your power, as cliche as that is.

I hope this post has shed some light onto my immediate background that I am aware off.
